Job Description:

  • A Package Specialist for Oracle Utilities is a professional responsible for implementing the Oracle Customer Care & Billing environment. They utilize their business knowledge and packaged solution expertise to seamlessly integrate the packaged technology into the client's business environment, thereby driving expected business outcomes. 
  • This role emphasizes the importance of technology alignment with the client's business goals, ensuring a successful implementation and adoption of the Oracle solution.
  • Experience of maintaining Technical environments for various applications, sizing, connectivity with various interfaces, maintaining edge application, environment sanity etc
  • Knowledge of release train/code deployment tools and code maintenance tools
