You are:
An experienced Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing Application Consultant
The Work:
As a Custom Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing the application architecture of custom software systems to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care And Billing is required. Advanced proficiency in Software Design & Solutions is recommended.
  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative application architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in software architecture and design.
  • The project will implement rate case changes and regulatory changes that the company needs to fulfill by end of 2026.

This is a hybrid role in Tampa, FL and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Here is what you need:
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing (Rates) as application architect/designer/techno-functional consultant
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:
• Oracle Utilities - Oracle Customer Care & Billing - any specialty
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
