  • Customer Service Specialist with 3-5 years of total experience and at least one year of experience working directly with the Oracle Customer Care & Billing package, or equivalent mix of training and hands-on.
  • Should be able to validate that customer bills have been accurately computed based on values present in CC&B, and document findings accordingly.
  • Should be able to understand end-to-end billing-related process flows within CC&B and to either solve directly or document and escalate any issues that are discovered.
