Job description

Principle Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: When required, to travel to project locations/areas to manage and co-ordinate specific operations or projects. To deputise for Area Operations Managers as and when required. To assist proposal preparation and marketing efforts in support of area operations and general DTS tooling product lines.

To liaise with the Client and review Client supplied drawings and documents for related equipment to assess the required Tooling and equipment and ensure the Client's requirements are clearly communicated and acted upon. Work closely with design engineers to assist with co-ordination activities, development of manuals and procedures, etc. To assist with the preparation of invoices and work in conjunction with the DTS Operations Co-ordinators to ensure correct Client and inter-company invoicing.

Attend safety and project start meetings when required. To provide the tools for, and actively encourage, the full implementation of Oceaneering's Safety and Operating Standards. Ensure the Safety Policies and procedures are communicated to the staff and are implemented and recorded.

To undertake Risk Assessments on all aspects of the operational activities under their control. General The list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake tasks that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post. Assist with any other duties as and when required.

Safety Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. Other Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.

Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.
