Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals.
• Manage daily staffing, overtime, and work assignments.
• Monitor employee and line performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer delivery schedules.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and communication.
• Support Continuous Improvement (CI), 5S, and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and Operations teams.
• Manage departmental budgets and equipment utilization.
Required Experience:
• 2+ years in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year working with manufacturing and quality systems.
• Experience supervising production employees.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
