About the Role:

The Regional Director of Operations is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational activities across multiple locations within a designated region. This role ensures that all business units align with the company’s strategic objectives, driving efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth. The Regional Director will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement best practices to enhance operational performance. They will serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership and regional managers, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related advanced degree.
  • Experience in the management of companies and enterprises industry or a similar sector.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
