We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team and play an important role in ensuring client transactions and payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for a variety of financial transactions and client account activities. While you’ll have an area of specialization, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn multiple functions and become a valued, cross-trained member of the team.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly by:

  • Processing disbursements and contributions for client accounts with accuracy and care.
  • Handling payments for client bills and tax obligations.
  • Processing daily reconcilements, incoming funds and wire transfers.
  • Manage daily settlement with our strategic partners.
  • Following established procedures and internal controls to safeguard client assets.
  • Working closely with teammates to meet daily deadlines and deliver excellent service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. You don’t need to know every aspect of the job on day one. We’ll provide the opportunity to learn and become proficient across multiple operational functions.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or accounting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • The ability to handle confidential financial and client information with discretion.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office and learning new financial or operational systems.

Why Join Us?

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to build valuable financial operations experience, expand your skill set, and become knowledgeable across multiple areas of the business.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team where accuracy, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning are valued. If you enjoy being the person others can count on to make sure the details are handled correctly, this could be the opportunity for you.
