Description
SAIC is seeking a mission-focused Warfighter Integration Manager to join our Department of the Air Force Integrated Fires Command and Control (DIFC2) Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) Team. This position will engage customers to identify operational requirements for a system of systems capability to execute high priority national security mission sets. The Warfighter Integrator Manager will attend planning conferences, demonstrations, exercises, and training events to integrate DIFC2 capabilities and capture warfighter feedback for agile development.
This position is ONSITE in Reston, VA.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate warfighter needs into system requirements and capabilities.
  • Integrate operational perspective into technical exchange meetings.
  • Capture warfighter feedback in workflow tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Represent DIFC2 at planning conferences, demonstrations, exercises, and training events.
  • Work in cross-functional teams in developing solutions to the Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess (F2T2EA) targeting cycle challenges.
  • Lead cross functional teams in external engagements.
  • Organize, plan, and execute program participation at demonstrations and exercises.
  • Represent the program to other DAF and DOW organizations.

Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience
  • US Citizenship.
  • Active TS/SCI or SCI Eligible.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of experience, Master's Degree Preferred.
  • 14+ years of DAF Command and Control, Battle Management, or ISR Experience.
  • Extensive operations experience
  • Intermediate Development Education
  • Experience working ABMS, JADC2 or other system of systems programs.

Preferred Skills
  • Weapons School graduate or School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS)
  • Senior Development Education Preferred
