We’re looking for a high-impact Oracle Integration Manager to lead the strategy, design, and performance of integrations across our enterprise ecosystem. You’ll own critical connections between Oracle Fusion Cloud and internal/third-party platforms—driving reliability, security, and scalability across Finance, HCM, SCM, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)—REST/SOAP services, file-based flows, and event-driven patterns.
  • Develop inbound/outbound integrations with payroll, banks, tax providers, CRM, WMS, and other key systems.
  • Ensure secure, compliant, high-performance data exchange across platforms.
  • Monitor integrations, resolve errors, and optimize performance.
  • Lead migration and lifecycle management across DEV/TEST/PROD.
  • Maintain integration standards, documentation, and runbooks.
  • Continuously assess new OIC and Fusion features to drive innovation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years in enterprise integrations; 3+ years hands-on with OIC.
  • Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Proficiency with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, SFTP, and scheduled processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed.
