We are seeking a talented Senior Operations Integration Specialist (SOIS) who will be responsible for leading and executing the onboarding, integration, and launch of new pharmacy locations across St. Matthews Pharmacy, including acquisitions and de novo sites. This role serves as the primary operational lead from contract execution through go-live and early stabilization, ensuring new locations are operationally ready and successfully transitioned to site leadership. This position partners closely with Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Sales, and Compliance to coordinate timelines, resolve issues, and drive execution across all integration activities. The role is responsible for maintaining momentum across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring operational, system, staffing, payer, and facility readiness. The Senior Integration Specialist operates as an individual contributor who drives results through strong ownership, accountability, follow-through, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is responsible for coordination, execution, and operational readiness, but does not serve as the long-term owner of site operations, IT support, accreditation, or system administration.

Essential Functions:
Pharmacy Onboarding & Integration Coordination
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and integration activities for new pharmacy locations, including acquisitions and de novo sites
- Serve as the primary operational lead from contract execution through go-live and initial stabilization
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding plans, timelines, and readiness checklists across functional areas
- Partner with Sales to support a smooth transition from contract execution to operational onboarding
- Work with Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Credentialing, and Compliance to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed on schedule.
- Drive readiness across staffing, licensing, payer enrollment, systems, and facility operations
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive cross-functional resolution
Operational Project Planning & Execution
- Develop, maintain, and execute structured project plans across all integration initiatives
- Track critical milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies
- Maintain consistent communication on project status, risks, delays, and escalation items across stakeholders and leadership
- Drive accountability across teams to achieve established timelines and deliverables
- Provide executive-level visibility into integration progress, risks, and outcomes
- Manage multiple concurrent onboarding and integration efforts with disciplined prioritization
- Support successful stabilization efforts and transition operational ownership to Site Leadership and/or the District GM following go-live
Construction, Build-Out & Site Readiness Coordination
- Coordinate construction and build-out activities for new pharmacy locations in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Support development and tracking of site readiness timelines aligned to onboarding and go-live schedules
- Partner with Facilities, Operations, and external vendors to monitor progress against construction milestones and escalate risks or delays
- Ensure site readiness across core operational components, including workflow design, equipment placement, and operational flow
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors to support installation of hardware, network infrastructure, and pharmacy systems
- Ensure alignment among physical build-out, system readiness, and operational workflows prior to go-live
- Identify and resolve site-readiness gaps related to equipment, connectivity, and operational dependencies
- Participate in final site readiness reviews and pre?go-live validation to confirm completion of construction and installation requirements
- Coordinate vendor and IT installation activities without assuming ownership of technical configuration or long-term system support
System Integration, Testing & Readiness
- Coordinate system setup and onboarding across core platforms, including PioneerRx, STREAM, and related systems
- Partner with IT and Operations and site leadership to ensure systems are implemented in alignment with standardized workflows and operational expectations
- Lead coordination of system testing, workflow validation, and user acceptance testing to confirm operational readiness prior to launch
- Ensure data integrity, migration accuracy, and system functionality prior to go-live
- Identify and escalate system or workflow issues and drive resolution prior to implementation
- Support transition of ongoing system ownership, optimization, and operational support to Operations Enablement and site leadership following stabilization
Go-Live Execution & Transition to Site Leadership
- Coordinate and support go-live execution activities both onsite and remotely
- Provide real-time coordination, issue resolution, and escalation support during go-live
- Ensure operational workflows, systems, and processes are functioning as intended at launch
- Monitor initial operational performance and stabilization activities
- Drive timely resolution of post-go-live operational or system issues during the stabilization period
- Facilitate a structured transition to site leadership and steady-state operational ownership following stabilization
Cross-Functional Coordination & Change Execution
- Partner across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Sales, and Compliance to ensure aligned execution and implementation readiness
- Influence stakeholders to deliver on key commitments without direct authority
- Support structured communication before, during, and after onboarding and integration activities
- Ensure consistent execution of standardized workflows and operating practices across new sites
- Drive implementation activities across teams in partnership with Operations Enablement to support system adoption and post-go-live optimization
Governance, Compliance Alignment & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate integration activities in alignment with licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements in partnership with Compliance and site Operations
- Ensure required documentation and readiness artifacts are completed to support audit and compliance requirements
- Promote standardization across onboarding processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Identify opportunities to enhance integration processes, tools, and execution models
- Contribute to the development of repeatable integration playbooks and best practices
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor?s degree in healthcare, pharmacy operations, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Five or more years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare operations, implementation, or project-based roles
- Experience leading or coordinating onboarding, integration, or operational implementation initiatives
- Strong understanding of retail, specialty, or healthcare operations workflows
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, project management, and execution capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred:
- Experience supporting pharmacy acquisitions, integrations, or de novo site launches
- Experience working with pharmacy operating systems, including PioneerRx, STREAM, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with payer enrollment, credentialing, licensing, and related readiness requirements
- Experience supporting system integrations, data migration, testing, or user acceptance activities
- Exposure to operational risk management, contingency planning, or business continuity practices
- Experience in multi-site, matrixed, or high-growth healthcare environments
- Valid driver?s license and proof of auto insurance, as required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
