Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Lexington, KY. This position supports daily operational activities, including human resources, office administration, vendor coordination, and implementation of operational policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Administrative and documentation skills, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and organizing project files.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with engineering staff, leadership, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in common office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, scheduling tools). Ajera proficiency a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, attention to detail, and time-management capabilities in a fast-paced setting. Ability to perform with very little oversite.
- Ability to work on-site in Lexington, KY, including supporting occasional field visits or coordination meetings as needed.
- Ability to update website and keep social media up to date.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in office management or human resources a plus.
