Role Description The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Lexington, KY. This position supports daily operational activities, including human resources, office administration, vendor coordination, and implementation of operational policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications


  • Administrative and documentation skills, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and organizing project files.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with engineering staff, leadership, clients, and vendors.
  1. Proficiency in common office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, scheduling tools). Ajera proficiency a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, attention to detail, and time-management capabilities in a fast-paced setting. Ability to perform with very little oversite.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lexington, KY, including supporting occasional field visits or coordination meetings as needed.
