Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
Function as a highly organized, driven, and tech-savvy Executive Operations Assistant in support of company ownership and project management operations to enable Leadership to focus more on strategic business growth.
The responsibilities of your role include:
- Support the owner and project management team with daily operations
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, job documentation, and communications
- Assist with project tracking, subcontractor/vendor coordination, and administrative office tasks including high volume email
- Learn and navigate construction software platforms and digital plan systems
- Organize and maintain files, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and project records
Qualifications
Requirements to be successful:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, dependable and ability to work autonomously
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management software
- Construction industry experience required
Experience with or ability to learn:
- Bluebeam
- Procore
- Planswift
- AutoCAD/Revit
- Scheduling and project management software
