We are seeking a qualified and experienced Executive Director to lead our Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) and Supports for Community Living (SCL) programs in Kentucky. This position requires a knowledgeable leader who is committed to regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and providing exceptional services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Meets all Kentucky qualifications to serve as an Executive Director for Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) and Supports for Community Living (SCL) services.
Thorough knowledge of Kentucky regulations, policies, and requirements governing MPW and SCL programs.
Previous leadership experience overseeing MPW and/or SCL services.
Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) leadership experience strongly preferred.
Experience with Medicaid waiver compliance, quality assurance, staff development, and program oversight.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced degree preferred (or as required by Kentucky regulations).
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for all MPW and SCL program operations.
Ensure full compliance with Kentucky Medicaid regulations, documentation standards, and waiver requirements.
Supervise and support agency leadership and staff while promoting a culture of excellence.
Oversee quality assurance initiatives, program development, and continuous improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with participants, families, referral sources, and state agencies.
Manage organizational operations, budgeting, and strategic growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
