Job description

Purpose

 

This role will be pivotal in the continued growth and overall success of Digital Center of Excellence within the Wholesale Organization. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence across our Digital teams. This role supports strategic pillars as Digital WHS Experience and Partner Program business, while driving data-driven insights. A key responsibility is to support end-to-end digital planning and execution by enabling strong collaboration between Wholesale and eCommerce teams, working closely with Digital KARs, Primary Data, and PP Operations to achieve key milestones and process completion.

This individual will deliver support to GTM milestones, and inventory strategies for Partner Program accounts, while building reporting frameworks that turn data into actionable insights. Acting as a cross-functional connector, the Assistant Manager collaborates with Sales, eCommerce, and Analytics teams to optimize digital processes, identify opportunities, and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end Partner Program planning and execution, ensuring alignment with GTM milestones and seasonal processes to drive top line sales and profitability to achieve targets.
  • Build and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams (i.e. eCom, Sales, Digital Wholesale, SCM, BU, Demand Planning) partners to obtain information necessary to support PP business strategies.
  • Assist in managing inventory strategies to secure product availability for Partner Program accounts.
  • Analyse seasonal assortment of products and sales results to recommend courses of action with cross functional teams.

ACCOUNT ACCELERATION & COE

  • Execute and maintain sales reporting and demonstrate ability to create insights from data that drive actionable business decisions, partnering with WHS Analytics and DNA teams.
  • Leverage digital wholesale sell-out tools to monitor performance, secure team upskilling and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support GTM readiness by coordinating deliverables and timelines across stakeholders.
  • Streamline workflows and drive process standardization across Digital WHS and Digital DKars.
  • Participate in workstreams and projects as assigned to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiencies, and innovative ways of working across NAM.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in digital wholesale, ecommerce, or planning preferred.
  • Advanced in Excel skills and proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, dashboards)
  • Ability to identify and quantify sales opportunities and market trends. Understanding eCommerce analytics and Retail math is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions and outcomes cross-functionally.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience
  • Degree from college/university or equivalent combination of experience and education in lieu of degree; advanced degree a plus
  • eCommerce, omnichannel, and/or digital commerce experience a plus
  • Experience buying footwear or apparel preferred
