ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hiring, training and supervision of all front-line operations employees. Ensuring the team is clear on their goals and expectations
  • Initiating and formulating staff training and development programs
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of superior safety procedures and customer service procedures
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance procedures for the gondola, equipment, buildings and vehicles
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of all department budgets
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Maintenance on all aspects of building, equipment and lift maintenance
  • Identifying and implementing facility/equipment needs and improvements; coordinating with the Operations Director the purchase of goods and services required.
  • Attend weekly leadership team meetings as required
  • Contributes to the overall cleanliness of all gondola facilities particularly in the operations department areas
  • Collaborate in the Development and Oversight Health and Safety practices throughout the Gondola
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of superior Standard Operating Procedures (e.g. safety, customer service, emergency procedures)
