We're looking for an organized, proactive Operations Assistant to provide administrative support to our Director of Operations and production team while helping keep our manufacturing operation running efficiently.

In this role, you'll work closely with teams across the business to coordinate production activities, track key operational metrics, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do

As an Operations Assistant, you'll help keep our production team organized and informed by:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Operations and production team.
  • Coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.
  • Tracking production information, inventory levels, production schedules, and equipment maintenance records.
  • Monitoring Microsoft Power BI reports and assisting with production, quality, and operational performance reporting.
  • Coordinating with Purchasing, Shipping, Sales, Project Management, Quality, and Logistics to support production activities.
  • Preparing and distributing production documentation, including work orders, schedules, and safety-related information.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring production records are accurate and accessible.
  • Preparing meeting materials, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to workplace safety and Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) activities.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
