Administrative & Operations Assistant (Full-Time)
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and fast-learning Administrative & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day office and field operations.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift throughout the day. You’ll help keep communication, scheduling, and logistics organized so the business runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate appointments and service jobs
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Confirm bookings and handle basic scheduling
Maintain accurate job notes and CRM updates
Support dispatch and daily scheduling flow
Help coordinate staff and service teams
Basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
Identify scheduling conflicts and flag issues early
Assist with simple logistics planning (location, timing, routing awareness)
