The RBC Dominion Securities Management team located in Vaughan is looking for a Branch Operations Assistant to join their team! You will provide superior service along with administrative and operational support to clients and employees.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for processing all branch cash transactions, including depositing cheques, Bank wires and processing physical securities

  • Ensure Branch reports are prepared, printed, reviewed (where assigned), distributed and/or presented to Branch Management for review.

  • Manage the filing for all branch operations related reports and documents, oversee branch retention of documents in accordance with internal controls

  • Account opening approvals, this includes reviewing documentation and scanning forms into the documentation workflow system, pulling documentation for branch staff as needed

  • Reception - answering phones and greeting clients

  • Complete administrative tasks to help the Management team: manage office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, and provide support to the Branch Operations Manager when needed

  • Help manage communications with clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners

  • Other special projects as assigned
