YOUR IMPACT

As a Lead Revenue Operations Analyst at OpenText, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling our global sales organization to operate at its highest potential. You'll partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic workforce planning, optimize headcount management, and deliver the operational insights that shape key business decisions. This is more than an operations role-it's an opportunity to influence executive decision-making, improve business processes, and help build a scalable, high-performing sales organization through data-driven analysis and continuous innovation.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Lead sales headcount reporting, resource planning, and workforce management across global business units, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence.

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, HR, Finance, and Variable Compensation teams to support hiring strategies, organizational changes, and resource allocation.

  • Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and key operational metrics that enable executive leadership to make informed business decisions.

  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Monitor sales capacity, resource budgets, and open requisitions while proactively identifying risks and recommending creative solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resource management inquiries and provide actionable insights on sales organization performance and headcount trends.

  • Mentor team members by sharing best practices, cross-training on compensation planning processes, and providing guidance on reporting and operational initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a similar analytical role.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets and building meaningful reports and dashboards.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to automate manual workflows.

  • Experience supporting sales compensation programs or workforce planning is preferred.

  • Experience with Anaplan or similar planning and forecasting tools is considered an asset.

Salary Range: $92,300-$138,500; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
