Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Must be at least 21 years old to apply
  • Have completed a four-year degree and/or have relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen
  • Demonstrated past leadership experience
  • Ability to coach, motivate and lead other team members

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Directing the daily operations of the Front of House and supporting restaurant operations.
  • Mastery of knowledge and skill of team member positions throughout the front of house, to include order taking, cash management, leading shifts, bagging, window, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety requirements (SERVSAFE)
  • Creating training plans and training new team members in all front of house positions
  • Ensuring compliance with Chick-Fil-A West Hartford standards in all areas of operation
  • Ensuring the highest quality food and services are delivered to our guests
  • Be a role model for all West Hartford team members in regards to customer care, cleanliness, organization, and personal accountability
  • Promote a safe and productive work atmosphere

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 21 years of age upon hire date
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Must have prior Kitchen Leadership experience
