Operational Director - Chick-fil-A

Operational Directors passionately oversee an area of the restaurant as well as lead their Supervisors and team members within their area. They will work closely with other Supervisors and Directors to implement operational strategies that both grow the business while maintaining a culture of care that is reflective of our purpose and values. Lastly, they will help us serve and win the hearts of our amazing guests.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 2 years of leadership experience in a professional work environment is preferred
  • Be humble and display a servant heart

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability:

  • Monday - Saturday open availability (typical work schedule would be 5 days/week)
  • Typical schedule will vary working 8-10 hours/day to accommodate meetings, interviews and needs of the business, working 40-45 hours/week in total
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Our Operational Directors will be immersed into the operations of our business, having the opportunity to learn both Front of House and Back of House duties for a well rounded understanding of the business. They will be expected to work in the daily operation of the restaurant while leading one of our main restaurant areas (Hospitality, Drive Thru, Kitchen, etc.). These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • \Win Hearts Every Day\ by creating a clean and safe environment, displaying genuine hospitality, delivering food quickly with accuracy, and preparing high quality food.
  • Protecting our purpose and values by being a champion of culture within the restaurant.
  • Intentionally develop team members and Supervisors each day
  • Maintaining a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our guests.
  • Executing quality standards by cooking, preparing, and presenting food orders to meet demand.
  • Maintaining the highest safety and cleanliness standards in all restaurant areas.
  • Having a innovative mindset and go getter attitude.
