We specialize in developing and delivering comprehensive home care services that allow seniors, people with disabilities, and other individuals to live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Since our founding, we have built a solid reputation for delivering compassionate home care services.
We are looking for a great Operation Manager to run our Wilmington, Delaware, Office. This person must have HR, People management, billing, and Client relation experience. This role will assist in:
Essential Functions of Position:
  • Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting activities for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurses Assistants and various other positions.
  • Create and document standard operating procedures for several business functions.
  • Assists with billing functions, including gathering timesheets for all staff.
  • Assists with maintaining all required and appropriate Employee and Client files.
  • Assist with following up on all medical records from doctors' offices.
  • Responsible for all duties relating to office operations, including facilitating communication within the Employees by answering phones, relaying messages, transferring calls, conflict resolutions, etc.
  • Responsible for filing and general assistance according to policy and procedures and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to work well within an interdisciplinary team setting as well as independently with minimum supervision.
  • Responsible for all other duties as requested by the Administrator.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Home health: 2 years (Preferred).
  • Exhibit professional verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and to assign priorities to those tasks.

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Required).

Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Home care: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred).
