As our Business Development Representative, you'll serve as the proactive pulse of the company, conducting regular, in-person referral partner visits on a weekly route to see key contacts like insurance agents. You'll provide valuable education, resources, and support while building deep trust that turns relationships into opportunities. Your success ensures that when sudden property damage strikes, PHC is the first call they make, creating mutually beneficial outcomes for everyone.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with referral partners, such as insurance agents, through consistent in-person visits
  • Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly marketing routes with clear goals, ensuring consistent visibility throughout PHC's service area
  • Identify client needs and share how you can provide effective solutions
  • Stay consistently engaged with referral partners by providing project updates, following up, and maintaining strong communication throughout projects
  • Deliver presentations, such as Lunch and Learns, and represent PHC in meetings, events, and community organizations
  • Track daily activities, relationships, and follow-ups in CRM to stay organized and accountable
