PlainsCapital Bank is currently looking to hire a Sr. Treasury Management Client Onboarding Specialist in Dallas, Texas. ย The Senior Treasury Management Client Onboarding Specialist serves as a strategic point of contact in delivering a seamless, personalized, and high-impact onboarding experience for high touch clients utilizing Treasury Management products and services. This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in onboarding products, exceptional coordinating skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding aligned with client needs.

  • Associate's degree in business or related field OR combination of equivalent relevant work experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 year of Treasury Management experience or 5+ years of progressive experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and other relevant systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and support team success.
  • Must be available to travel locally to meetings (less than 10%).

  • Lead the development and process of customized onboarding plans and timelines for complex client relationships, ensuring full operational readiness by the agreed go-live date.
  • Serve as a senior-level subject matter expert on Treasury Management products and services, advising clients and the Treasury Onboarding team on best practices and solution(s) alignment.
  • Provide guidance on product capabilities, enhancements, implementation, regulatory considerations, and strategies.
  • Maintain proactive, transparent, and strategic communication with clients and internal partners throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Deliver client training and ensure a seamless transition to ongoing support teams through a warm handoff process.
  • Coordinate with specialized internal departments (e.g., ACH, Lockbox, Wires, Check Services) to ensure timely and accurate implementation of Treasury Management solutions.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure alignment with team on client expectations and SLA commitments.
  • Lead technical onboarding activities including system configuration, file testing, data mapping, and validation to ensure successful product deployment.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot and optimize technical integrations.
  • Review and manage Treasury Management agreements, onboarding/offboarding requests, and internal documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and secure recordkeeping.
  • Partner with leadership to assess regulatory standards and mitigate risk.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Treasury Management innovations.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide oversight and support for account opening procedures and related documentation ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals, strategic initiatives, and client success.
