FL-DBPR-Ft. Lauderdale-CTMH-Compliance Officer - Assignment is planned to extend into the new fiscal year, starting 7/1 for approximately 6 weeks.
FL-DBPR-Ft. Lauderdale-Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes - Compliance Officer
Position: Pay Rate: $38.14hr / Vendor Rate: $49.58hr
WORK ENVIRONMENT:ย  Professional office, business casual, cubicle
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
** Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
**ย  Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
**ย  Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST.
**ย  Advise complainant of the Divisionโ€™s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.
**ย  Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate.
**ย  Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
**ย  Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.
**ย  Document the actions in the OnBase system.
