Overview

Titan Asset Management Group is seeking an Office Coordinator to support daily office operations, marketing efforts, and internal people and culture initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and service-oriented, someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, communicates with clarity and professionalism, and enjoys supporting both people and processes in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring both our internal operations and external communications reflect the quality and professionalism of the Titan-AMG brand.

Administrative Operations (Approx. 40%)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office creating a welcoming, hospitality-first environment
  • Manage office coordination, including supplies, vendors, and overall organization
  • Support on-site meetings, preparation, and follow-up
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and general office logistics
  • Coordinate calendars (individual leader(s) + conference rooms)
  • Support the Chief Operating Officer in enhancing organizational operations

People & Culture (Approx. 30%)

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employee events and engagement initiatives
  • Own recognition event logistics, including scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-up
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and general HR administration
  • Support the Director of People & Culture to enhance employee experience

Marketing & Communications (Approx. 30%)

  • Execute marketing initiatives with a focus on consistency and accuracy
  • Create and distribute newsletters to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support website updates and coordinate with external partners
  • Compile and report basic marketing metrics (email engagement, reach, etc.)
    Create simple, polished designs using Canva or other platforms
  • Draft, edit, and proofread communications for clarity and brand alignment
