Job description

The Office Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment while supporting the company operations by upholding office systems and supervising staff together with ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):
  • Daily management and coordination of MLS listings, including daily cash receipts coordination
  • Data entry into MLS database
  • Appointment setting
  • Audit purchase agreement file
  • Assist other branch offices with showing request
  • Listing management, upon request
  • Management of RingCentral telephone system
  • Answer and re-direct calls
  • Hire and train office staff
  • Great guests/customers
  • Conduct sales executive communication and follow-up
  • Building and facility administration
  • Manage janitorial requirements with staff
  • Maintain incoming/outgoing mail delivery
  • Order office supplies
  • Responsible for new sales executive preparation process
  • Attend and participate in monthly office manager meetings as well as requested company meetings
  • Maintain all office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Physical in-office and regular attendance required
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Real estate experience is preferred
