Job description

Responsibilities (summary): You will be joining a support team that manages the administrative tasks for a group Financial Advisors. Daily responsibilities and tasks take on a wide array of duties to help support the advisors and our clients.

Financial experience is a plus, but not necessary; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Schedule is 5 days per week (approximately 32-40 hours.) We can be flexible for the right person and offer a strong teaming environment.

Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Salesforce and Outlook. Must have a strong attention to detail. Work well with customers and staff.
