This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys balancing operations, customer service, and coordination.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare accurate estimates using blueprints and measurements
  • Process orders, quotes, and payments with a high level of accuracy
  • Ensure pricing, invoicing, and documentation are correct and up to date
  • Keep projects moving efficiently by coordinating with internal teams
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain organized records and clear communication with customers
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide guidance
  • Support showroom presentation and maintain displays

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (construction or countertops preferred)
  • Experience with blueprint reading or measurements is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Basic math skills
  • Valid driver’s license
