As the Office Manager, you will be at the center of daily operations at 11 Capital's headquarters, keeping the office running smoothly while providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role blends hands-on office management with cross-departmental coordination and management of projects and programs for teams across the organization. You will take ownership of the office environment, anticipating needs before they become problems and acting as the go-to resource for employees, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling competing priorities. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the day-to-day office operations including but not limited to; supply inventory, kitchen restocking, equipment maintenance, vendor & visitor management, and ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional workplace.
  • Provide administrative support such as answering phones, sorting mail, preparing documents, maintaining organized office filing systems, shipping, and receiving packages.
  • Manage and support projects and programs across departments such as capital construction, risk management, accounting, and operations, by leading, tracking, following up, documenting, and coordinating to keep initiatives moving.
  • Support our leadership team including meeting prep, travel coordination, and special projects for senior leaders and executives.
  • Plan and execute company events by coordinating logistics, vendors, and employee engagement.
  • Support internal and HQ building communications by drafting and distributing announcements.
  • Assist with various cross-departmental projects and any other duties as assigned per business needs.

Education and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in office management, project management, or a similar administrative support role is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in office management procedures, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience supporting executives and/or senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with project management fundamentals such as tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and coordinating across stakeholders is preferred.
  • Experience handling sensitive information and compliance tracking with discretion and accuracy.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, initiative, and works well independently.
  • Exceptional professionalism and communication skills, paired with strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools; experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude is preferred.
  • Must be able to work in-office during business hours at the Kirkland Headquarters; this role is not eligible for remote work.

Compensation:

  • The base compensation range for this position is $36 to $41 per hour.
