Office Manager / Practice Administrator

Eastside Modern Dentistry โ€” Issaquah, WA

About Us

Eastside Modern Dentistry is a growing, modern dental practice focused on exceptional patient experience, strong systems, accountability, and high-quality clinical care. We are building a high-performance office culture and are looking for a strong operational leader who wants to grow with the practice long term.

This is not a basic front desk position.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily operations, lead the administrative team, improve systems, protect the schedule, and help drive practice growth while maintaining an excellent patient experience.

Position Overview

The Office Manager / Practice Administrator will oversee day-to-day front office operations and help lead the practice toward continued growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is:

punctual, team player, proactive, highly organized, accountable, confident leading people, calm under pressure, metrics-driven, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations, Lead and support front office, Maintain accountability and professionalism throughout the office, Help create efficient systems and workflows, Conduct daily huddles and assist with team communication, Improve operational efficiency and patient flow, Support a positive, growth-oriented office culture, Scheduling & Production, Protect and optimize the doctor and hygiene schedules, Minimize cancellations and open chair time, Monitor schedule efficiency and daily production goals, Improve patient retention and reactivation, Patient Experience, Ensure exceptional patient communication and service, Help patients understand treatment and financial options, Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently, Support a high-end patient experience from first call through treatment completion, Financial & Administrative, Monitor collections and accounts receivable, Assist with insurance coordination and billing oversight, Track office KPIs and performance metrics, Help drive treatment acceptance and same-day opportunities

Qualifications

Previous dental office management, treatment coordination, or healthcare leadership experience preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of scheduling, collections, and patient communication

Experience with Eaglesoft preferred

Growth mindset and ownership mentality required
