Thomas McKenny & Associates is a small, single-doctor dental practice in downtown Seattle seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Front Office / Office Manager. This is a rare, full-time opportunity to be the first point of contact for our patients and the operational core of our practice. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative skills with a genuine love for connecting with people, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, Thomas McKenny & Associates is a close-knit, single-doctor dental practice dedicated to providing personal, high-quality care. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and friendly environment where both patients and staff feel valued. This role is a stable, well-loved position, as our previous Office Manager of 20 years is moving on. We are looking for someone who is ready to step in, build relationships, and help our thriving practice continue to succeed.

Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Handle all phone calls, emails, and text communications with professionalism and warmth.
Verify insurance, process dental claims, and post payments.

Develop and present treatment plans to patients.
Manage and maintain the practice's social media accounts and email newsletters.
Monitor and respond to online reviews in a professional and timely manner.
