Job description

 Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
 Enter and update customer, lead, estimate, and job information in Roofr CRM
 Upload proposals, signed documents, photos, and job-related paperwork into the
CRM
 Support the sales process by helping track estimates, follow-up items, and
customer communication
 Help maintain organized customer and job files
 Assist with scheduling support, customer follow-up, and internal office
coordination
 Collect and organize invoices, receipts, bills, and payment information for the
outside bookkeeping team

 Communicate with the third-party bookkeeper regarding routine accounting
support items
 Help keep office records accurate, organized, and up to date
 Support the owner and team with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
 2+ years of administrative, office support, customer service, or sales support
experience
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers
 Experience with office systems, and data entry
 Basic bookkeeping knowledge helpful
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently
 Construction, roofing, home services, or contractor office experience is a strong
plus
 Experience with Roofr or similar CRM/job management software is a plus
