Job description

Fountain Court Senior Living, located in Maple Valley, Washington is currently seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team.

Business Office Manager duties and responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors & answering telephones

  • Preparing payroll

  • Process, account and collect all revenue, expenses and documents in an accurate and timely manner and reconcile all funds used by the residents or the facility

  • Maintaining up to date resident and staff files

  • Conducting new-hire orientation; tracking and scheduling required employee training

  • Maintaining office supplies within budget

  • Generating and delivering monthly resident billing

  • Participate in administrative back up team

Business Office Manger skills and qualifications:

  • Must be able to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees

  • Highly organized with attention to detail, and the ability to multitask

  • Ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office to include Word and Excel

  • Bookkeeping experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding customer service attitude and demeanor

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
