What are some common challenges office administrative assistants face, and how can they effectively manage them?

Office Administrative Assistants often juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. A common challenge is prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines, which can be managed by developing strong organizational and time-management skills.
