What You’ll Do:
Hire, train, and supervise office staff
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
Oversee payroll, cash management, and daily banking
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
Manage manufacturer accounts, warranty claims, and rebates
Process new hire and termination paperwork and maintain employee files
Collaborate with dealership leadership to support business goals
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years dealership accounting experience required
Previous experience in office management or as an Assistant Office Manager preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ADP, and CDK
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
