And more! As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO® office team. You will oversee all administrative activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance
  • Manage the training and development plans for office team
  • Oversee performance management for office team
  • Deliver financial reporting as needed
  • Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
  • Assist with office staffing and compensation plan as needed
  • High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
  • At least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail

This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
