Job Title

Full-time hourly position. 190 work days per school year. Schedule Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Under supervision of the Chancellor, and general direction of the Office Manager, the Office Assistant is responsible for assisting the Office Manager and Chancellor for the smooth and efficient operation of the front office; responding to inquiries from students, staff, and the public; preparing, distributing and processing documents; inputting data; maintaining records and files; performs a wide variety of clerical and secretarial work for administrative staff; assists in the Health Office.
