Mays Plus Inc is thrilled to be searching for an Office Clerk,who can be a supportive and driven addition to our workplace. Sound enticing? Keep reading!

As an Office Clerk working full time you would be responsible for filing, making copies, enthusiastically answering phones, with the intent of respect in mind. It is very imperative that you always maintain confidentiality of all client information. The Office Clerk should have excellent communication skills, be flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations, comply with accepted professional standards and practices. You would ideally be a self-directed individual that is able to work with little supervision.

Office Clerk Duties:

  • Answering calls, data entry, reports, and filing
  • Corresponding with Mays Plus clients to schedule caregiver visits
  • Assists company car fleet maintenance
  • Assists ordering monthly office supplies
  • Obtaining up-to-date car insurance information on current employees

Office Clerk Requirements:

  • Successfully pass a OSBI background check and health screening
  • Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Authorizes to work legally in the United States of America
  • Able to provide 2 valid forms of identification as listed on USCIS Form I-9
