Primary Functions

The Senior Office Assistant provides advanced administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient office functions while taking on increased responsibility in coordination, process improvement, and cross-team support. This role serves as a key resource to leadership and junior staff, helping maintain a productive and organized work environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Provide high-level administrative support to managers and leadership
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries
  • Maintain and improve office procedures, systems, and documentation
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new administrative staff
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and budget tracking
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Support HR, finance, or operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
