The outdoor courtyard features a terrace, an outdoor pool, and swings. We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, with daytime hours, weekends, and holidays. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft and transcribe correspondence He or she may also answer and distribute telephone calls, open and distribute mail, and respond to residents. He or she may be called upon to collect rents, prepare deposits, renewals and modifications to leases. Issues, when required, notices of late payment and makes arrangements to receive payments due and, failing this, makes the required legal arrangements. May be called to meet with families if a dispute arises from billing May be required to perform other related duties. Monitor, compile and produce monthly reports Perform data transfers, perform updates to different databases on Excel. Produces pay-per-view billing for residents and for CISSS and CIUSSS and verifies that payments are made within the allotted time. Update various administrative forms EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation. 1 to 2 years of experience in office automation. Fluency in written and spoken French and English. Be autonomous, dynamic, have a sense of organization and teamwork. High level of customer service.
