Instructor/Assistant Professor Half- Time

We are seeking a dedicated, student-centered educator committed to student success to join our Nursing Department as Half-Time Nursing Professor. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a mission-based university environment and will be responsible for teaching nursing courses in classroom, laboratory, simulation, online, and clinical settings. This individual will demonstrate proficiency in both online education and in-person didactic instruction while contributing to curriculum development, academic standards, student advising, and departmental initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Salary Range: $30,000 - $36,000

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

● Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.

● Current unencumbered NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license

● Minimum of five years of recent clinical nursing experience.

● Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence and student success.

● Strong communication, organizational, technology and interpersonal skills.
