  • Base Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 based on experience

About this Role: Family Medicine Physician

  • Location: Winchester, VA
  • Have easy access to Washington DC, or Baltimore!
  • Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine
  • Schedule: Open to 4x10 hr shifts! (8am - 6pm)
  • Patients per day: 18-20
  • Follow all departmental policies and procedures
  • Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
  • Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
  • On call: 1:10 ratio. Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.
  • Team Size: 3 MD's & 13 APP's
  • EMR System: Athena with Suki included for AI Note Taking

Background Desired: Family Medicine Physician

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
  • Ability to hold a Virginia state medical license
  • H1B Visa If needed
