Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns and communications across multiple brands, markets, products, and customer segments.
  • Partner with Content, Design, and BI teams to brief creative, copy, and data requirements and ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Build and launch campaigns across key channels, including email, push notifications, and direct mail.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate CRM workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute ongoing testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and communications.
  • Partner with BI and Insights teams to analyze and report on campaign results.
  • Maintain visibility of current and upcoming lifecycles and campaigns across relevant stakeholders.
  • Support Casino and Sports Retention teams with the implementation of new technologies, processes, and testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Retention and cross-functional teams to continuously improve CRM tools and processes.
