Pacific Sports Rehab is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join a collaborative outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practice.

Position Highlights
  • Full‑time position with flexible scheduling (adjust hours for time off without using PTO)
  • Established referral relationships with local hand and orthopedic surgeons
  • Strong emphasis on individualized patient care and evidence‑based practice
  • Quarterly bonus: 3% of net revenue based on individual and clinic performance metrics
