Veteran Women of Influence (VWOI) is seeking a highly organized, tech-comfortable, and resourceful individual to serve as Board Secretary and Administrative Technology Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping organizations stay structured, connected, and operationally efficient while supporting a mission focused on women veterans, leadership, housing stability, and wellness.

Responsibilities may include:

🪖Scheduling and coordinating virtual board and committee meetings

🪖Managing meeting agendas, follow-up communication, and organizational records

🪖Supporting online note-taking and meeting documentation systems such as Fathom or similar A.I. tools

🪖Assisting with research, resource gathering, and operational organization

🪖Helping streamline digital workflows and administrative systems

🪖Supporting board communication and accountability

Ideal candidates:

🪖Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet

🪖Familiar with A.I.-assisted productivity or note-taking tools
