BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse Manager (RN) for our Meadville, PA Adult Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. This role would be a mix of working directly with clients in the home as well as leading clinical staff.

Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Meadville, PA and surrounding areas.
  • Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
  • Supervise clinical staff in the field.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical RN Manager:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands on experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Trach/vent experience preferred
