Position Purpose:

Registered Nurse Clinical Lead will supervise all clinical staff and assist physicians with daily procedures and clinical tasks as needed, and will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Specialty: Primary Care

Location: 641 Hill Rd N A, Pickerington, OH 43147

Hour of Shift: Monday – Friday expected office hours

What You

  • Assist with clinical staff in office and on boarding (Medical Assistant and LPN)

  • Responsible for any policy changes at a ministry, local and state level

  • Coordinate schedules

  • Clinical ordering and inventory

  • Fill in for clinical staff as needed

  • Completing chart audits and OSHA compliance

  • Report directly to Office Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

· Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

· Licensure / Certification: In good standing with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio

· Experience: One year experience in a medical office preferred.
