These roles are designed for beginners and often provide on-the-job training to help develop technical skills. Common positions include IT support, junior developer, or data entry roles. Employers typically look for problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and basic technical knowledge. It's a great way to start a career in tech without formal experience.

Often, you'll work under the guidance of more experienced technicians and participate in on-the-job training to develop your technical and customer service skills. You'll also document support requests, learn to use help desk platforms, and gradually take on more complex assignments as you gain confidence. This hands-on learning period helps build a strong foundation for further growth in the IT field.
