FUNERAL DIRECTOR/EMBALMER LOUDOUN FUNERAL CHAPEL AND CREMATORY, LEESBURG, VA.
We are a family owned and operated firm. We are proud of our reputation for providing exceptional service to families, for nearly 50 years. We seek a candidate that is outgoing, well organized and takes pride in their work. We offer a pleasant and friendly work environment, with a rotating on-call schedule.
Our directors are not required to do after-hours removals; however, the position will include some evening hours, weekends and holiday work; with the opportunity for overtime. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, flexible; able to multi task, and provide dependable and responsive service to multiple families concurrently. The candidate should be computer proficient, and willing to continually learn and grow with our firm.
Primary responsibilities include being available to answer phone inquiries, emails, arrange and direct funerals and associated basic administrative duties, pre-need consultations, daytime transfers from time to time, embalming, dressing, casketing and cosmetics. We require a candidate that is willing to work as a team-player with others and contribute to a healthy work environment. We are willing to tailor the position that emphasizes the candidate’s strengths for the right person. A competitive salary will be based on experience.
