Currently partnering with a fast-growing biotech company specializing in next-generation DNA synthesis, they are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead new product development initiatives from concept through launch. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape core processes and drive cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams across R&D, manufacturing, QA/QC, and product management
  • Drive project execution, timelines, and communication with senior leadership
  • Navigate ISO 13485 design control and maintain high-quality documentation
  • Identify risks and remove obstacles to meet aggressive project goals
  • Contribute to building a strong team culture aligned with core values

Requirements:

  • BS or higher in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Must have experience in NGS or Genmics!
  • 8+ years in biotech, pharma, or medical devices with technical and project management experience
  • Strong background in ISO 13485 and quality systems
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification - Preferred
  • Experience with ERP, MES, or LIMS systems - Preferred
  • Familiarity with both hardware and software product development

This is a 3 days a week onsite position/Hybrid
