At Beewise, we develop and operate autonomous robotic beehives that actively protect and support bee colonies, enabling sustainable pollination and revolutionizing agri-tech. We combine robotics, AI, and environmental tech to bring precision to the heart of nature.

Our operations are expanding rapidly in the U.S., and we’re building a growing support team to ensure continuous monitoring, service, and performance across our hive network. This is an exciting time to join a developing operation with global impact, where your contributions shape real-world results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor hive performance and system alerts via dashboards and automation tools.
  • Close cases by following established workflows and processes.
  • Assign service tickets for field technicians with accurate details and priority levels.
  • Keep detailed records of activity and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support daily operations in coordination with U.S. and Israel-based teams.
  • Use the technician app to review camera feeds and interact with robotic hive systems.
  • Participate occasionally in field team activities (within CA) to support on-site efforts.
